COLUMBUS - Four Ohio State Buckeyes have been honored either nationally or by the Big Ten Conference for their efforts in the team's 63-38 win over No. 20/21 Nebraska last week in front of a record crowd of 106,102 at Ohio Stadium.
Senior John Simon was named Lott IMPACT national player of the week & College Football Performance Award national defensive player of the week.
Sophomore quarterback Braxton Miller was named the Davey O'Brien quarterback of the week.
Junior running back Carlos Hyde was named the Big Ten's co-offensive player of the week.
Junior receiver/punt returner Corey Brown was named the Big Ten's special teams player of the week.
